Circular Finance Game

This game is a learning and conversation tool for organisations exploring circular financing. Together with CiSe Network, we developed and launched the Circular Chain Finance Game at ImpactFest - an immersive simulation that helps startups, investors, suppliers and financiers explore how circular chains can be built and funded. The game puts players inside a shared business case and challenges them to balance collaboration, cost, risk and long-term impact.

Circular chains collapse without aligned incentives - yet these conversations often remain abstract. The Circular Finance game make these real tensions tangible: cashflow pressure, supplier dependency, investor expectations, and the emotional side of shared risk.

Participants realise that collaboration increases impact ánd complexity, and that fair agreements, trust and transparency are essential for scaling circular business models.
