The maritime energy transition demands people to bridge organisational and technical challenges- yet these connections often remain abstract. This game immerses players in real-world logistics, forcing them to align roles, anticipate systemic impacts, and balance interdependencies while building a wind farm. Using ships and separate turbine components, teams must transport parts in the correct order through the right roles until the turbines connect and spin- mirroring the collaboration needed for future-proof offshore innovation.
