Routes to Revolutions

Routes to Revolutions is a serious game that helps teams practise equity, inclusion and safe thinking cultures through immersive roleplay. The game simulates real organisational dynamics. EDI work often stays abstract or feels risky. R2R creates a new dimension for learning - allowing players to feel resistance, bias and systemic tension in embodied ways, without judgement or consequence. It opened conversations that organisations struggled to access through traditional training, and helped teams practise the behaviours needed to build safe thinking cultures.
