Low literacy 'escape suitcase'

A mobile escape-box experience designed to help organisations, municipalities and teams understand low literacy. It travels across the country as part of awareness programs. Participants face puzzles that mirror the daily challenges: affecting nearly every aspect of daily life. They must navigate unclear instructions, hidden barriers and misunderstandings - and can only progress when they shift perspective. The box makes professionals feel the frustration, shame and system barriers their clients encounter - which opens the door to empathy, better communication and more inclusive services.
