I’m Tessa Bloembergen, founder of Studio Waebe. As a multi-creative designer, I use my creative curiosity, playful ingenuity and compassionate wisdom to create playful, immersive, and deeply human experiences.
Trained as an architect, I realized my passion wasn’t for buildings, but for how people collaborate within them. My work is about creating the conditions for mission-driven teams to enhance their understanding of complexity, find places where they can contribute to action that supports the quality of all the relationships in the system.
Whether it’s a serious game, an immersive architectural installation, or a learning program, my goal is the same: to help teams connect, understand, and act in ways that are regenerative for both themselves and the systems they’re part of.
